Birthday portraits are a great way to celebrate your child’s milestones and make them feel special on their birthday! We provide premier birthday photography in the Dallas area to make it possible. These sessions are more commonly photographed in studio however we have done them on location. We photograph a composite of them holding the letters of their age, a chalkboard with age related fun facts and them standing or sitting next to an oversized number of their age.

We will provide the cake, balloons and all the fun decorations for your baby. Once you book your session we will plan all the fun details! Let us know 2-3 colors you want us to use for backdrops, props, cake and decorations so we can coordinate everything to match. Our bakery provides gluten free cakes upon request.

The child’s favorite toy, stuffed animal or blankie. We have a chalkboard prop that can be used to put their milestone moments on while they lay/sit/stand next to it. Some parents bring a “1/2 wooden sign” for children who are 6 months old. We have large number “1, 2, 3, 4, 5” that children can sit or stand next to. We also have the individual letters “o, n and e” that they can hold and we can composite into 1 image. Bring anything of importance that you would like photographed with your child. We are open to your ideas!
Scheduling your session 2-3 months in advance is preferred but not required. We work Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Weekend appointments are available at an additional cost. Schedule your appointment 3-4 weeks in advance of when you need any prints or products in hand. If they are being used at a birthday party or other occasion, please plan accordingly. Appointments are required. Our calendar tends to fill up quickly, so please check with us regarding our availability.
It is our goal to create custom art for the walls of your home, and our pre-session consultation appointments will help us understand what our goal is during your session. Each session is custom tailored to fit the products we discuss during the pre-session consultations. This insures that we spend the right time doing the right thing during your portrait session. Each of our clients is unique and our products aren’t just photos on your walls or in albums, they are your legacy. Clients typically invest anywhere from $500 to $5,000 in products. Custom portrait collections begin around $900, but most clients love what we do and choose to invest more.
